Endpoint manager will not install new phone types

i have tried adding phone types to the endpoint manager on several systems this morning and get the following error

Downloading Brand JSON…Done!
Downloading Brand Package…Done!
Can’t Find Downloaded File!

all the systems are running epm 2.10.4.6

i have tried adding polycom, grandstream and cisco/linksys and get the same error on all of them.

this seems to be a new issue as it worked fine a couple of weeks ago.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

no sure what was going on yesterday, but i tried it today and it is all working again.
