Endpoint Manager throwing "UNDEFINED" error when editing configuration

I’ve been trying to update a Panasonic KX-UT670 phone today, making numerous changes in the softkey template,. When I edit the phone’s template and attempt to save it or update the phone, it fails with a large pink bar across the screen and the word “UNDEFINED.” No other indication of what the problem might be.

This is happening just after the latest update that had the logfile error, which I also experienced, so I am wondering if there is another problem contained in that update. I’ve found a couple of solutions that did not work including clearing the browser cache.

Running FreePBX version Endpoint Manager version Asterisk API 15.0.9. Any suggestions appreciated.
