I recently attempted a GUI-based upgrade from FreeePBX 15 to 16, which failed. I attempted to restore from a backup made before the upgrade, which completed but threw out some errors. Upon further investigation, I noticed Endpoint Manager (paid subscription) was missing from the system. I reinstalled it, but then all templates for our Yealink phones were missing. Is there any way to recover the templates?
I’ve combed through my backups and have fond an “Endpoint.json” from a backup previous to the most recent one lacking the Endpoint Manager module. Is there a way to take the Endpoint.json file from a previous backup and use it to re-create the missing Endpoint Manager templates?
