Endpoint Manager Status Column - weird numbers

I’ve upgraded our hardware and am noticing a little weird behaviour with Endpoint Manager. In the status column, the ip shows up fine, but the number underneath, which is usually the response time/latency (right?) is showing some very large numbers and not showing ms as it used to. Anyone else seeing this, or is it normal?
