Endpoint manager - spa508g - admin and user passwords

I have an account in which I use Endpoint manager to auto provision their spa508g phones. It asks them to enter the “admin” password just to see call history. That makes no sense to me. I am trying to allow them to see their call history, change their ringtones,e tc. without having to enter the admin password. I would like NO password for those fields

any ideas? The Global settings require me to put an admin and user password

Is there a way to auto provision the cisco spa phones without a password? Or at the very minimum not ask for a a password when the user tries to change their ringtone or view call history?

anyone?
