I have noticed the past few days with making some changes to my Grandstream basefiles that my changes are not being uploaded to the phones. I log into to the phones and download their config and compare it to my config and all the changes I made in EPM are just the normal defaults for the phone. All changes I make in the templates update fine just the basefiles that are not changing. FreePBX is at the latest version 5.211.65-21 and EPM is at the latest version as well 2.11.0.1.95
I was digging around some more and it looks like I was putting in the Models field gxp2160 I changed it to GXP-2160 and phones are now uploading those changes now.
