Endpoint manager not generating the config file for the phone

FreePBX 14.0.5.25 with EPM 14.0.2.188 (commerical)

I’ve been trying to provision bunch of Cisco 7960 phones. I created a template for the model. When I tried to map the extension to the template, the phone failed to register to the extension. Further investigation to the failure, I discovered no configuration files have been created associated with phone (MAC address). I couldn’t find any files in the /tftpboot directory with the MAC address. The phone shows opening the tftp server. And then says “File not found” Can someone help, please…

Here is some log messages on the freepbx - tftpd:
Feb 21 20:54:46 freepbx in.tftpd[4625]: Client 192.168.42.100 File not found SEP00146A16B53F.cnf.xml

Feb 21 20:54:46 freepbx in.tftpd[4626]: sending NAK (1, File not found) to 192.168.42.100

It’s unable to find the configuration files!!!

Fixed!!!
For unknown reasons the phoneapps was disabled. Rest (enabled) phoneapps. The EPM started to work properly.
