Endpoint Manager not configuring Polycom IP 501

running 12.7.5-1807-1.sng7 have purchased endpoint manager to config Polycom IP 501 phones…configs are being read as shown in /messages…but the sip server and extension information isn’t being stored in the phone…does anyone have any experience with this or have any suggestions?

Look in the file /tftpboot/0004f2114742-401.cfg and see if the configuration looks correct.

Thank you for taking time to respond. Although I don’t know every item in there, the important items like auth.userid, password, server IP are all correct.
