Endpoint manager error

Hi, i’m trying to configure endpoint manager

i’ve specified option 66 for tftp://mypbx.com

on log i have:

httpd/error_log:[Mon Aug 25 18:25:19 2014] [error] [client 192.168.1.61] File does not exist: /var/www/html/macaddress.cfg

this file is on /tftpboot not in /var/www/html

where am i wrong? :stuck_out_tongue:
tks

You are requesting the file over http but you said you specified tftp. Make up your mind and let us know what you want. TFTP or HTTP.

I choosed tftp, that’s Why i’m asking …

No. You say that but then you start talking about “httpd/error_log:[Mon Aug 25 18:25:19 2014] [error] [client 192.168.1.61] File does not exist: /var/www/html/macaddress.cfg” which is http. What or who is accessing macaddress.cfg. Is that you? Is that your phone? Did you try to be creative and mask the real mac address?

I try to explain better: i’ve choosed tftp, but i have LOG in http … mac is obscured

You didn’t set tftp correctly on the phone. you won’t see anything calling anything in http if it’s really set to tftp. That is the point I am trying to make.

Ok. I,ve setted it as dhcp option 66

But, let me understand: where do i configure tftp server on freepbx?

Just set the TFTP server for the phone to the address of your FreePBX box, that should be correct IF you set the OPtion66 correctly in your DHCP server. The TFTP server on the FreePBX box is already (or should be) running. Nothing for you to do there.
