I have upgraded form EPM 2.x to 12.x and with how it now handles basefiles I cant seem to find all of the ones I have customized over the past year or so. When I copy a profile the basefile is not copied but it uses the generic template. Unfortunately with the functionality that my company wants I had to create a template for each user and I really do not want to have to do that work all over again. Is there away to get the old files back? I am using Grandstream phones if that makes any difference.
