There seems to be a problem with the update for Advanced Recovery. I have 15.0.48 and it says that it is disabled until I update to 15.0.49. So I try to update it but an error is produced because my endpoint manager version is 18.104.22.168 and I need 22.214.171.124. I can’t upgrade because the command does not let me upgrade to the needed version. What do I do?

Have you fulfilled that requirement so you can advance from your current 126.96.36.199 to the required 188.8.131.52?
Looks like “Updates and support period” for the endpoint module of your deployment ID is expired which is causing you this issue.
Can you please contact support team and renew the same.
