Endpoint configuration Buddy List

I am running FreePBX 2.10 with some Polycom 550 handsets. I’ve got presence enabled on the handsets to that the My Buddies button is displayed, but the list is empty. I made a 000000000000-directory.xml file with a list of all my extensions, but the mac-directory.xml files keep getting generated with a blank file.

I started to use the Endpoint Configuration but it only allows up to 12 buddies and I have 40 extensions I need listed.

Is there a way to generate a template file that everyone can use? How do you add more than 12 buddies?

Yes, for the 12 entries that I put in Buddy List those do trickle down.
