End Point Configuration Manager not creating the config file for the phone

So i install End Point Configuration Manager module and it seem to be working ok.

I notice that in the tftpboot folder firmware and basic config file are there bu not the mac address for the new polycom i have add to the extension.

I am using module endpoint manager version 2.10.4.6 with freepbx2.10

any input would be be great

i am using polycom phone incase it just effect this brand

Have you added Option 66 on the DHCP server pointing to the pbx?
