Enable language support at the os level

Hello to all

I would like to enable Greek language support at the OS level of FreePBX Distro (SNG7-PBX-64bit-1805-1).

I have installed chan-dongle and fop2, I have enabled the sms sending function of fop2. When I enter Greek text in the message box and send it the text is unreadable.

This setup was working on a raspbx system. On that setup I installed the el_GR.utf8 locales alongside the en_US.utf8 ones.

At the asterisk cli level I cannot paste Greek text, as I can at the root level via putty.
