Is there a way in FreePBX 14 to enable intercom for all phones? On an individual phone, you dial *54 to enable intercom, but I want to do it globally.
You go into bulk handler, you export all your extension. You edit the csv to update the intercom field from disabled to enabled, save the csv and import it.
That is the best way to mass update extensions like that.
Ah! I never thought of doing it that way. I was thinking there was some global setting I could either apply or override within Extensions. I’ll look at the bulk handler, though.
