Chan_SIP is dead. It is no longer supported, it will be removed from Asterisk in 2023 and no longer available as of v21 going forward. You shouldn’t be using chan_sip for anything now.
i tried pjsip from outgoing calls its working but for incoming calls error says unsupported scheme
OK, so what are those errors so we can figure out what the issue is?

tel uri support in PJSIP is on the roadmap for Asterisk now. Here’s a ticket you can watch:
