Empty call recordings all 44bytes

Hi,

I have freePBX 2.10 with asterisk 10.12.2. I have a problem that when an inbound call goes through an IVR and then to a queue on to an extension recordings that appear in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor are all 44bytes and empty.

If i send the call directly to the extension recording works fine. Have you any ideas why its generate these empty recordings please?
