Empty Call Log on the P series phones

We are receiving reports of the Call Log application not populating any call logs for P series phones. We have several P series implemented for us and the call logs are empty in our environment as well. Given this is a phone app I went to check the http log and the attempts are showing and returning without an error so it’s not an issue with connectivity.

Anyone else experience this on P Series phones before I bug Sangoma Support?
