Hello all,
I’m attempting to enter the following into the basefile manager in the commercial EPM module to eliminate the message waiting chirp on Polycom phones & not sure what I’m doing wrong.
From basefile edit, I select a template, select add setting, add my setting:
for example (IP650, se, pat, PARENT) into the respective fields, and hit submit query
but when the screen refreshes, the setting doesn’t appear anywhere I can find.
There must be something I’m missing but I sure can’t figure it out.
Any help greatly appreciated!
