Emergency Notification Question

We have been using the Emergency Notification for a long time and it works very well. Here’s the butt… We have found that if we miss the first call out, we have to wait for the next call. If we dial into the system *98 and access the mailbox the system says there is no message. I take the message is in “limbo” waiting for one of the recipients to respond? Is there a way to “copy” that message to another mailbox so we can get the message before the next call. OR are we being to impatient??


When the notification kicks off it has to move the voicemail files or it would keep kicking off notification after notification every second.

Just need to wait I would say.
