Elevator PSTN Disconnecting calls early

I have a Rath elevator phone with a PSTN and it is disconnecting calls with less than minute of usage. I am not sure if the issue is with my Vega 60Gv2 or with the elevator phone. What can I do to trying figure out this issue?

16 is a normal (clean) hang-up. Can you follow the linked instructions and provide a log of the failed call?
