hi, using the plug-ins section of Elastix 2.4 queuemetrics to give up when I hit cancel, but stayed at 51% and does not change anything, I would seek the assistance of an emergency.

You are in the FreePBX forum, elastix does not deploy a supported version of FreePBX, maybe try their forums?
