Hi there,
We have some customers with FPBX11 installs, and I’ve looked around for some advanced information about configuring Time Groups.
Here’s my example (that hasn’t worked as planned):
00:01-23:59|*|18-11|dec-jan

The idea behind this is that all calls arriving between Dec 18 2015 - Jan 11 2016 (using the Time Conditions module) would get sent to Voicemail, if the time doesn’t match then another Time Condition for regular business hours is called.
So, that worked fine during the period above. However, here we are at Jan 18, and calls begun matching again, thus going to a voicemail box.
Am I trying to do something that Time Groups can’t do? This is probably more like scheduling, and my experience of this within Cisco CME is pretty neat - so I’m approaching Time Groups in the same sense that I use schedule’s in CME.
I figured that Month Day Start would look to Month Start, or consider this value, so long as a value was there. But it seems that Month Day Start, and Month Start, really don’t rely on each other. Any resources that will educate me about exactly what these Time Groups are doing, and how to achieve a schedule type outcome would be great - this stuff has just seemed to allude me and I’m just not getting it right.
Thanks, guys…
