When a user long presses an empty line key slot and creates a new, in this case BLF, the changes don’t survive a reboot. Is this by design, or am I missing some configuration somewhere that would get these changes to persist?
Use the UCP for button changes and they will persist.
Getting users to use UCP is an insane requirement.
Also current UCP sucks since there is no way to preset a dashboard for everyone. Even if I could get people to use UCP, that lack kills it for most that do try to log in to it.
Yealink phones have a great feature you can enable they preserves changes by writing changes back to a server.
With a few simple changes to a default FreePBX install it makes magic happen.
