Dynamic Queue agent error in freepbx 14


Although my extension is not in the list of Dynamic Agents. I can log in in the queue with *45 on my extension and receive queue calls. Do I think something otherwise? or it’s by design.


Did you restrict your queue to allow dynamic agents only logging in?

A call log should tell you whats up.

I have checked it. Restrict Dynamic Agent is set to NO in Webgui.

Set it to yes and try agin.

Why to set it? I don’t want to restrict the calls only for Dynamic Agents.

I got it. I changed it and tested it. it works well.
