I am running FreePBX 13.0.195.4. I have the system set to automatically generate dynamic hints. This works fine except on occasion the system stops generating the hints. I have to go in to advanced settings and turn off the hints setting, then turn it back on. Once this is done all works normally. I have had this happen twice in about two months. The system functions normally during the episode when it is not generating the hints other than the BLF lights. I would like to understand why it stops generating the hints.
There is no reason to turn this setting on. Leave it off.
