DTMF issue

Site is using all S500 phones. From one of the extensions dialing Oakley 18004067449 option 2, the 2 isn’t recognized. If dialed from a different phone on the same network and PBX no issue. Tried logging in a different phone for that extension same location on campus, extension settings are the same, using the same template. Not sure where else to look.
Any ideas?

Are they using the same firmware version?

Yes all on the same firmware release using the same template.
Got me thinking though, they are not on the latest firmware. I broke the off problem extension to a duplicate of the template it was on with the latest firmware and will see how that goes.
