DTMF digit received several time

Hello,
I have switch to freePBX 16 and Asterisk 20.6, then PjSIP .
The setup is one pstn line connected to a trunk via a HT503 FXO and a post on HT503 FXS.
When i call a doorphone with the post on the FXS I m able to trigger the door with dtmf code. When i use the pstn line i 'm able to trigger the IVR that call the doorphone but then the doorphone receive 11111122223333334444 instead of 1234. all are configured to use rfc2833 or rfc4733.
Is someone have an idea to solve that?

Try inband or SIP INFO?

On the originating device must deactivate other dialing modes such as In-band DTMF.
