Dropped Calls

We’re having a strange software problem @ my company. We have a free PBX system that drops our calls if you’re on the line for 25 minutes?!?

Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, how does one fix it?

Generally if it is at the exact same time each time it is a provider issue.

Unfortunately Skyking, our provider claims it’s not happening on their end; they claim it’s in our software. So I’m back to my original query: has anybody with a similar problem corrected it by tweaking their software, and if so, how?

Highly doubtful any “software tweaking” would help. Sounds like a network issue or as mentioned the provider.
