Dropped call - Failed to authenticate on INVITE

I’m having a customer complaining of dropped calls. I found one of the calls where it dropped in the asterisk logfile and below is the error that seemed to disconnect the call. Can someone help me decode the error? Is this an error coming from the SIP carrier? This was seemingly in the middle of the call

Was the carrier trying to send a re-INVITE ?

You need something like “sip set debug on” then post pertinent logs…
