I just want to confirm as that’s the way it seems to function. Once a user customizes their phone via UCP, any changes I make to the default template will not be applied, correct?
If so, is there anyway to override this? I want to leave a few buttons open to customization, but have the remaining one standardized for everyone.
Custom changes in UCP will only override the template for anything they change. If they only change two buttons only those two will be overridden.
On my Yealink T48G using EPM, if a user has made custom changes, then no changes I make to the default template are ever applied.
