Telnyx jacked me from a deck to a fixed rate at .0049. Plus, they are not honoring call rejections when the connect rate is over .0022…but are connecting all calls at their new higher rate. I need a good alternative for termination and would appreciate anyone’s recommendation and experience with another carrier.

Are you sure they are not permitting you to use the rate deck?
Telnyx recently changed their outbound calling profiles, so things look different, but you should still be able to select one plan or the other.
edit: unless you are sending low-connection-rate (dialer) traffic then they will likely enforce a certain rate plan on you, as they state.
