Do Not Distrub no red light and error of no ext or hint

I am currently having an issue with DND not showing up on my polycom vvx 310 phones. I have disabled the hardcoded DND and set a softkey with *76 DND toggle.

If you activate it on the phones, it works fine but the phones don’t show what state it is in… no red light or anything.

I am also receiving this error in the logs:

I am far from an expert but i don’t see where i could modify this setting to fix the issue.

Any help is appreciated.

The BLF hint is not *76. Its *76ext with ext being the extension number. *76 is just a dial for toggle but if you want it as a BLF it has to be *76ext

Thanks! you put me in the right area of search… I fixed the issue by modifying the endpoint manager and specifying “*76__line1Ext__”

The red light now shows on the phones and i am no longer receiving errors.
