I’m running FreePBX Distro 10.13.66-11, upgrading certman fails:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry
’ca’ for key ‘basename_UNIQUE’
I tried to reinstall the module (fwconsole moduleadmin downloadinstall certman), and renamed the certman directory beforehand. no success.
