Sorry for the simple question, but I’m newer to FreePBX…
I am running FreePBX with Grandstream GRP phones and have a ring group that rings the receptionist for 4 rings, and then goes to another extension for 4, then voicemail.
The person at the “second stop” in that ring group wants a distinct ring for this, as she also has her own DID coming into her phone as well.
Any quick / easy way to do this?

appreciate this, but will likely only work for Sangoma phones…trying to figure out how with Grandstream, but perhaps I will ask on the Grandstream forum.
Not true. This supports any end device that uses Alert-Info for this function. You’d have to check your specific make and model.
