Display CALLED Number on Phone

I’m sure the answer to this has been posted somewhere before - but I wasn’t able to find it.

Scenario:
4 offices across the United States, all in different states. One central office where all calls route first. The operator needs to see which number a customer dialed before answering the phone so she can answer with the appropriate greeting. For instance, she says, “Thanks for calling ABC New York”, or “Thanks for calling ABC New Jersey”, based on the number that the customer dialed.

Any suggestions?

On your inbound route you can add anything want in the “CID Name Prefix” box, if you make it too long, many phones will only show the first few characters and the eal number will be lost.

Thank you -
