This isn’t an idea option for anyone running a real PBX system. It doesn’t do anything but make a PJSIP transport “not listen” on the port. Which since you have your users and your trunks I can’t see where you would need a “non-listening” transport.
Also how did you come to the conclusion that the PJSIP listening port is unnecessary?
