Disconnected number

When I called a disconnected number (14307134607), I’m getting response 480. I have FreePBX 13.0.119 and Asterisk 11.21.2

According to Vitelity, this is the response they are getting from the carrier. Can I have someone dial 14307134607 and reply back with their SIP response.

What response are you expecting? If the number is disconnected and it telling you its anavailable, then it sound like it’s working ok.
