Disable Parking Lot Digit Announcement

Hi. We’ve got some users who like to transfer calls really quickly. This is fine except for an issue with the Parking Lot feature. When a call is transferred to the lot quickly & the user doesn’t bother to listen to the parking lot number announcement (ie 71, 72, etc), when they confirm the transfer to the lot, the caller being transferred hears the announcement instead. This is really confusing some callers who think they’re on some sort of endless waiting queue.

Is there any way to simply disable the lot number announcement?

if you disable the announcement of the Lot number then you’d NOT know which spot they are parked. And without that information you’d not know which slot to tell somebody (or yourself) to pick up from.
