Anyone know how one could use DISA but have Disa insert “account code” like the field available in extension details? the reason i think this would be great, is if you have multiple clients logging in and they have to bill their time accordingly, account code can differentiate the calls. CDR records can stamp any outgoing call with account code, so thats why i suggested the above.
Either that, or something like “DISA as Extension XXX” where you are calling as Extension XXX
