I have a (fairly) fresh install of FreePBX (13.0.49) running with version 13.0.10 of the directory module. When I enter the directory, I immediately get the “please hold while we try to connect you to extension…” recording and the call terminates without playing the directory announcement. I have several users defined in the directory and I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times as well as creating different directories with varying settings with similar results. I turned on AGI debugging and tailed the full log, but nothing jumped out at me as a problem.
Any ideas on where to look for troubleshooting this issue?

I am hitting the above problem too. Currently running version 13.0.12 of the directory module. Any help would be appreciated!
