One of our un provisioned s500s has a directory menu option and when you click on it you can add and delete users along with viewing their details. But I cannot seem to find where you set this on the freepbx side of things as other phones dont have it and our users would like it. I’ve looked in the endpoint manager and the user management side of things without any luck.
I found it. Had to visit the phone by ip and then it let me make chanes to the keys.
