It seems that if a user (extension) exists with voicemail enabled, but the voicemail password is blank it bombs the directory agi (user is not found). I’ve tried first name only search, last name search, and both with the same results. (Would someone try this with their install to be sure that the problem is repetable?)
Is this a known issue? Is this fixable?
I found a post on the AAH forum that dates back a year ago asking the same question, but there was no response.
We are using AAH 2.7 which includes AMP 1.10.010
