What is the best way to direct specific inbound callers to specific Announcements or Voicemails.
The solution I find is creating individual inbound routes based on caller ID.
Is it possible to place multiple CID’s on the CallerID line? I assume separated by commas?
Is there a better way to do this?

I don’t think that will work. I expect you’re going to have to do it CID by CID.
Of course, the easy answer is “try it and let us know.”
There are some solutions posted here that use database entries to route the call. Perhaps setting up a custom context might solve your problem.
