Directed call Pickup and Follow-Me

Hi there,

Im using freepbx 2.8.1 r14.

Cant manage to solve an issue i have :
I’m trying to pickup a call on an extension called by a follow-me hunt list :

Phone 6666 calls phone 6853,which has a follow-me toward 6856.
Im trying to pickup 6856 from 6861 with **6856 :

Result :

Before Follow-me : (6853 ringing) :

Note that when the phone 6856 is ringing (by the 6853 follow-me), i can pickup it dialing **6853
I was able te reproduce this issue on all Elastix 2.4 i tested.

Have you any idea about it? i just can’t use *8 pickup method for my needs.

FreePBX 2.8 is End of Support. You might want to try a current version.

Hi,

i’ve tried with the very last version of FreePBX (Stable-5.211.65-15), the exact same thing occures.

Anyone ?
