Direct Dial in IVR not working

Hello all,

I have FreePBX 2.2.1 and am having problems with the IVR and DirectDial working together correctly. For whatever reason, I am unable to dial any of the IVR options or the DirectDial while the recording is playing. So in turn I just get to the end of the recording at which time it hangs up. My current configuration has worked prior to a reboot performed a couple of weeks ago. Is there any tied in services or applications I must manually start to get this to work?


This sounds like a DTMF issue. What kind of service are you using to dial in on?

I’m not sure I follow with what service I’m dialing in on. I have dialed in on several lines and devices. Let me know of any further information I can give you to assist me. Thank You.
