I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with calls dropping when someone dials an extension number inside a queue/IVR. It was working until I updated the system yesterday, so I thought I’d check to see if anyone else is having the same issue.
What version of IVR
13.0.25 That module has a release date of 7/13/16 and I’ve updated many times since then, so I’m not sure if it is related to the core module or the framework. I believe both of those updated last night.
This was fixed in core a while ago. Bugs were reported. Bugs were confirmed as fixed.
