Direct Dial Extensions

Hello,

Probably an easy question but here it goes. We have an IVR set up with a direct dial menu system in place. Callers can also dial extensions directly but just as of recently, the system seems to cut callers off in the middle of dialing the extensions. For example: For a caller trying to reach extension 740 it instead sends him to extension 7. Can I somehow increase the amount of time given to callers to complete the extension before it tries to process it?

Any advice is welcome.
