Digium Ringtones / Uploaded file is not valid

Hello,

I’m trying to upload custom ringtones, through the RINGTONES tab in the DIGIUM ADD-ONS of FreePBX.

After reading this link:

I’m using SOX line to convert my ringtones from WAV to SLN

sox -V myfile.wav -t raw -r 16000 -s -2 -c 1 myfile.sln

Conversion occurs without warns or errors.

Then when I try to upload the file, I ALWAYS GET this message:
“Uploaded file is not valid.”

Then I see it in the list of available Ringtones in any Digium phone that has reconfigured, but it won’t play.

Please help!

Asterisk 11
FreePBX 2.11
Fax Configuration 2.10.0.6
