Digium D65, endpoint manager, DPMA, cannot dial internal extensions or external numbers (failed)

I have a fresh install of FreePBX 16.0.10.34. Extensions using pjsip. Configured Endpoint Manager to use DPMA and setup the digium template. Destination Address is an Internal IP.

  • D80 phones correctly register, applications work, and all incoming and dialed from extension internal/external calling work fine.

  • D65 phones correctly register, applications work, internal calls to the D65 extensions work fine, but all internal/external dialed calling from the D65 extensions fails (failed with fast busy signal). Similar to another closed ticket labeled " [Digium D65, endpoint manager, DPMA, cannot dial internal extensions ticket 71737)"

  • If I set the Outbound proxy and Outbound Proxy port to point to the internal FreePBX IP/Port as suggested in the other ticket, D65 dialed to internal extensions and external numbers dialing work fine, but * feature code dialing still fails. Modifying the dialing plan leave no affect to correct. This is only affecting the D65 phones.

Suggestions appreciated.
